Return and Refund Policy

1. Refund Request Timeframe

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days from the delivery date, you must contact Customer Service to determine the best course of action. You can also reach us at sales@avidialabs.com.

2. Invoice or Payment Proof

Attach the copy of the invoice generated either with the return or show the payment proof if purchased offline from stores.

3. Condition of Returned Package

Package return will only be considered if the unit is seal packed/laminated/unused. Used boxes or books will not be returned and no refund will be issued on the same.

4. Required Information

You need to attach the copy of the invoice and provide the following information:

• Name
• Address
• Phone
• Reason for Refund
• Date of Purchase
• Unit Serial Number

5. Incomplete Returns

Products received without the required documents as specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.

6. Non-qualifying Returns

Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the customer via ground shipment.

7. Shipping Responsibility

You may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product. The product should be shipped in a manner that it can be tracked and/or insured. Avidia Labs is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.

8. Restocking and Shipping Fees

Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges may be nonrefundable.

9. Refund Processing

Funds will be credited within 14 days of receipt of the returned product pending qualification and subject to the above criteria.

10. Manual Data Collection

In the course of processing a return or refund, Avidia Labs Edutech Private Limited may manually collect certain personal information such as your name, contact details, purchase history, and product details. This data is used solely to verify the return and process any applicable refunds or support cases. All collected data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
